Which Part of Frisco/Prosper Actually Fits You?
6 towns north of the Tollway, 1 quick quiz. Get matched to Frisco, Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, The Colony, or Aubrey based on your budget, lot size, and lake access.
Not sure which city?
There is no single Frisco corridor. There's a city with everything already built, a premium edge with land, a boomtown still holding its courthouse square, horse country the growth has not reached, and two lake cities pricing like neither. Same corridor, six entirely different lives.
Answer seven questions about how you actually want to live and I will rank the cities that fit, with a link into each one.
- Frisco: everything is already here, and the pricing reflects it
- Prosper and Celina: the same schools with more land, further out
- Aubrey: horse country the corridor has not reached yet
- Little Elm and The Colony: Lake Lewisville at corridor pricing

How This Frisco/Prosper Quiz Works
Six towns get sold as one address here, and they aren’t. Frisco is built out and priced like it. Prosper and Celina are still being poured, one on large lots, one on a construction schedule that runs years out. Little Elm and The Colony are lake towns that happen to sit nearby. Aubrey is Denton County land and a different pace entirely. Everything here gets called “the Frisco area.” Almost none of it is.This quiz runs eight questions across price ceiling, commute tolerance, land versus walkability, school priority, and how fast you need to move. It returns the regions that actually fit what you need, with the tradeoffs named honestly, including the ones most listing agents won’t volunteer.
