How This Plano/McKinney Quiz Works
This area is a straight line up Highway 75, and price drops the whole way north. Plano and Allen are finished cities with mature trees and mature pricing. McKinney sits in the middle with a historic square and new construction on three sides of it. Then Melissa, Anna, Princeton, and Van Alstyne, where the land is still cheap because the drive is still long. Same corridor, forty minutes end to end, and a spread wide enough that most buyers only ever see half of it.
