Four markets sit where South DFW meets the Fort Worth side, and the fork here is sharper than most: city services and city rules, or county land and county rules. Mansfield gives you a Main Street, a hospital, and a district reputation that drives its own pricing. Kennedale is small and wooded and closer to downtown Fort Worth than anything else out here. Rendon is unincorporated Tarrant County, which means acreage, no city property tax, and far fewer people telling you what you can build. Venus is the furthest south and the cheapest land on the map.
