Waxahachie, Midlothian, Red Oak, Ovilla, and Maypearl are absorbing the demand priced out of the northern suburbs, with historic downtowns the master-planned communities up north spent a decade trying to manufacture. Ennis, Ferris, and Palmer sit further out on the same line, offering land at numbers that stopped existing inside the metro.
